Armenia

Back-to-back projects working with Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Court of Armenia to assist in the introduction of case law and precedent systems into Armenian judicial system (in part as an anti-corruption measure). Included a change in the national Constitution, close and extensive consultation and advice with public sector project partners, production of a substantial English and Armenian Case Law and Precedent Manual used as a reference sourcebook by Armenian judiciary, extensive training of judges and legal practitioners.

Belarus

Since 2004 working with state linked institutions on cooperation in the areas of justice and home affairs, the rule of law and good governance.
